Returns and Refunds.
1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 3 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or a return if the product does not suit you.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition as when you received it (unread, without marks, creases, or annotations). The original packaging must be kept.
3. Defective items
If you receive a damaged book or one with a manufacturing defect, we commit to replacing it free of charge as soon as possible.
4. Return procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp or by email at admin@riwaya.store. Please include your order number and photos if the product is defective.
