Surrounded by Idiots - Thomas Erikson.

Thomas Erikson presents a simplified framework for discussing communication styles in Surrounded by Idiots. This English-language book invites reflection on misunderstandings while its colour categories should not be treated as scientific personality diagnoses.

Why read Surrounded by Idiots? The book opens a discussion about different reactions and communication habits. It can prompt clearer expectations and listening instead of assuming negative intentions. What approach does it present? Thomas Erikson uses colour categories to describe styles. This simplification does not capture a person's complexity and should not be used as a diagnosis or exclusion criterion. Who is this English-language book for? It suits readers interested in communication and teamwork. Critical reading gives priority to observed behaviour and context rather than assigning permanent labels.
